Description

In the center of the small and charming village of Pomaia, a few hundred meters from the renowned international Buddhist center, we offer for sale this beautiful independent apartment with a huge terrace and private garden.

The house occupies the first and last floor of a lovely building placed in the historic centre and needs small renovation works: in general it is in good maintenance conditions with heating and plant engineering up to standard.

CASA RAFFAELLA has an overall surface area of about 120 sqm and consists of entry hall, spacious kitchen, a living room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a closet as well as an adjacent room used as a warehouse or garage adjacent to the property itself.

The property is also ideal as an investment given the presence of the Buddhist center and the real feasibility of being able to rent the property all year round.

Immersed in the Pisan hills, a few kilometers from the coast and dotted with fields of wheat and olive trees that stretch as far as the eye can see. In spring it is tinged with intense lilac and filled with the intense scent of lavender in bloom. The main centre is clearly of medieval origin, the town has preserved the plan of an ancient feudal village tightened in circles around its castle.
Santa Luce is located in the hinterland of the Etruscan Coast, a landscape that inspired the Macchiaioli painters. The Oasis of Santa Luce, for example, is the demonstration that luckily sometimes nature beats man: this huge lake was artificially born from a dam, but then the vegetation made it a hospitable place forall those migratory birds that stop there during their long journey to Africa. Nowadays it’s a nature reserve and a an unmissable stop.
