Description

In the heart of the beautiful Tuscan countryside, immersed in the hills between Siena, Florence and San Gimignano we offer for sale CASALE BUONARROTI.

The property is set in a historic spa village, already known and reported in the maps left by the great Leonardo da Vinci.

The architectural parts are made with skill and mastery with details faithful to the typical Tuscan barns.

The farmhouse is composed of three independent apartments with panoramic view overlooking Volterra.
All the apartments are equipped with masonry kitchen with living room and typical Tuscan fireplace, double bedroom and bathroom, garden, panoramic terrace and a large loggia in front of the house with the possibility of closing it with glass to create a wonderful winter garden.

The property consists of nine premises of which cellar, garage and tavern.

The heating is autonomous with propane/butane gas, wooden fixtures with double glazing.

Casale Leonardo also has communal swimming pool and a 5,000 sqm land with the possibility to purchase an additional plot of land if requested.

There is an already existing project to build an infinity pool overlooking the hills of Volterra.

Since 1977 Gambassi owes its name to the Thermal baths that have gushed in this area since ancient times. Still enjoyable today, the spas are immersed in the greenery of the Benestare Park.
In addition, the Gambassi area became known from the Middle Ages for the activity of glassmakers: it is still possible to visit the permanent glass exhibition which exhibits about 3000 archaeological finds.
To characterize this large and varied area, it is certainly the offer of multiple activities for every type of traveler. The territory, dominated by the gentle Tuscan countryside, with the alternation of woods and cultivated fields, is surrounded by ancient villages, of considerable urban and historical significance.
