Description

In the heart of the Maremma, 400 meters above sea level among the enchanting views where the hills slope down to the sea, we offer for sale beautiful stone farmhouse dating back to 1890 and completely renovated in 2006.

CASALE RIGOLETTO occupies an area of 230 sqm and is spread over 2 floors and it is surrounded by a wide plot of land.

The property has all the typical elements of the Tuscan style such as terracotta floors, wooden beams and bricks and stone facades.

On the ground floor consists of kitchen with fireplace, dining room, living room with tiled stove, closet, laundry room, a bedroom with fireplace and a bathroom.
On the upper floor there 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a characteristic tower of about 50 sqm currently used as a study and it is very bright thanks to the windows along the perimeter.
Given its peculiarity it represents the ideal refuge for the creative who wants to have his own laboratory at hand.
Casale Rigoletto has oil heating and an underground cellar external to the farmhouse

The property enjoys a great peace and quiet and is surrounded by a well-kept garden and a large plot of land for a total of 1.3 hectares where it is possible to build a swimming pool.

Manciano boasts a territory that extends for much of the Maremma. The town, nestled on a hill, watches over the immense countryside dotted with quaint medieval towns, nature trails for every kind of outing, spaces to relax and interesting museums.
In Manciano, the wind blows from every direction, just as the town vaunt views in every direction from the Amiata to the Argentario, to the islands in the Tuscan Archipelago.
There are many other towns in Manciano that are worth a visit, such as Saturnia (also once an Etruscan and Roman settlement) which is renowned for its thermal baths. The sulfurous water flows at around 37.5°C and offers a chance to relax; Cascate del Mulino, with its natural outdoor pools that attract visitors from all over the world, is perhaps the best place to do so.
