Description

In a characteristic eighteenth-century building, on the edge of the small hamlet of Soiana, we offer a charming and articulated apartment that is spread over 2 levels in excellent condition, having been the subject of radical restructuring about 30 years ago.

CASA AIA occupies the ground floor of the building consisting of 3 large brick vaulted rooms, rafters and bricks, connected directly to the internal loggia of the property and to a small courtyard and parking space.

The main apartment is located on the upper floor which is easily connected directly to the ground floor. This area consists of a large living room, a kitchen and 2 bedrooms, as well as a bathroom and a large terrace of 20 sqm.

The property has independent heating and the systems are newly built.

The entire property measures over 130 square meters and has, in addition to the terrace, also the loggia on the lower floor and a portion of courtyard to be used as an exclusive parking.
Possibility to buy a large garage of about 25 square meters.

Terricciola is an ancient village in the Valdera with Etruscan origins and in more “recent” times the town was contested between the bishops of Volterra, Pisa and the Florentine Republic.
Terricciola’s hills bestow precious fruits: indeed, the rows of grapevines covering the territory have made this an authentic wine land: this area is in fact popular amongst experts and ethusiasts of gourmet food culture.
