Description

In the splendid seafront setting of Antignano, to the south of the lovely and sunny city of Livorno, we find Villa Pendola; a historic complex built in the mid-19th century and divided into 2 large villas and 2 elegant residential complexes, the work of a recently completed redevelopment and restoration.

Within the complex, we offer for sale a prestigious flat located just 50 metres from the sea. Of particular value is the care taken in the restoration, which has enhanced the historical features of the complex by highlighting the frescoes.

Entering the magnificent entrance to the main villa, characterised by neoclassical columns, you will be immediately captivated by the timeless elegance of the property. The MELORIA flat, with a surface area of 183 square metres and located on the top floor of the villa, is served by a modern lift and is characterised by a truly unique view from the large windows that frame the halls and rooms of the house.
Casa Meloria is characterised by its unique location, further enhanced by an attic floor that accesses the turrets above the roof of the villa, both of which have 2 sun terraces that plunge down towards the sea and the surrounding hills.

One of Casa Meloria's strong points is its direct access to the sea, allowing you to easily reach the cool blue waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea.

The living area of the house consists of a large entrance hall characterised by typical neo-classical columns and a spacious kitchen. The sleeping area, located in a wing of the villa, comprises 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
From the hallway of the living area, an internal staircase leads to the basement where the old cellars of the villa have been converted into a versatile space, ideal as a wine cellar for your fine wine collection or as a hobby room where you can cultivate your passions.

Casa Meloria can also be equipped with a large garage with parking space inside the park.
