Serrazzano still retains the distinctive features of a medieval village, offering pleasant walks along its charming streets and the remnants of walls on the southeast side.
Pomarance, situated in the Val di Cecina, lies at the heart of the "Valley of the Devil," known for its geothermal springs in the area.
In the historic center of the village, you can admire the three gates and the 12th-century Piazza di San Dalmazio. The Museo Casa Bicocchi, aside from being a perfectly preserved palace, hosts the permanent exhibition "Guerrieri e Artigiani," showcasing archaeological finds from the Val di Cecina area, ranging from Prehistory to the Middle Ages.
