A budget is agreed upon with the owner, covering the planned interventions such as painting, wallpaper, décor, fabrics, and more.
The service also includes continuous support in supplier management and coordination, as well as preparation of the property, concluding with staging and a professional photo shoot.

Maintenance and small building works under 10,000 euros. MAX 30 DAYS IN DURATION.
We help you manage quotes of local artisans and suppliers and in small renovations such as: replacement of sanitary ware and handles, whitewashing, adding or moving light points, fireplace construction, sanitary replacement etc.
WORK MAX
For renovations and new construction and throughout the duration of the work. The service can also be requested for only some phases of work; however, the calculation of these costs will be on a monthly basis.
Continuous and constant monitoring of the construction site in relation with the Construction Manager of extraordinary maintenance works.
Guaranteed reconnaissance at least 1 time per week; operational service at customer's request, even if professional figures such as the construction manager and designer speak English fluently.
